Scientific Games (SG) provides dynamic games, systems, and services for casinos, social gaming, online gaming, and sports betting. SG is recognized among the gaming industry for offering the broadest and most integrated portfolio of game content, advanced systems, platforms and professional services.
However, in recent years, as SG has struggled with technical debt and silos, their competitors have strengthened their product offerings and positioned themselves as a less complicated and cheaper alternative.
How might we reclaim their position as an industry leader?
We designed 14 innovative concepts that spanned digital and physical environments to inspire long-lasting engagement in both channels.
Creating deep, long-lasting relationships between casinos and players requires understanding them in every phase of their journey. Our concepts reduce barriers and and provide moments of delight to drive engagement and adoption of converged gaming solutions.
The vision should include a go-to-market plan for a wholistic player experience that leverages their existing digital platforms to simplify and enhance in-person play, and bring the sense of community and excitement of a physical casino to online play.
