I'm Aaron, a designer in Brooklyn, New York. I'm an interaction designer by trade, visual designer by heart. Sometimes I do a little front-end on the weekends.

When I'm not knee deep in the details, you can find me tending to my orchid collection, cleaning my aquariums, or binge watching a Real Housewives franchise.

Let's work together–

Some background

Will the future that we want match the future that we get?

In May of 2022, frog held a NYC Design Week event entitled “22", where teams of frogs challenged themselves to create exhibits depicting the year 2044, in whatever medium they chose. frog teams explored the future of topics like healthcare, food, housing, and fashion.

The concept

Pop Interview–The fine line between an interview and an interrogation.

In 2044, every public space has someone watching, and at any moment, individuals may be called upon to perform for a remote audience that can observe everything from public spectacles to mundane and intimate social interactions.

Arranging cameras, software, and an intimate interrogation room, we asked guests to collaborate with us in a thought experiment–Where will their industry be in 22 years? We presented their visions to a group of frogs that voted on which ideas were most likely to happen, then stored them in a time capsule to revisit 22 years from now, in 2044.

Which industry leader's predictions will prove to be true?

The results

A prediction compilation, individual interviews, & a watch party.

We spoke with 46 industry leaders, capturing their insights and storing them in a virtual time capsule. We plan to send these videos back out to the participants in May 2044. When we can reminisce and see where we were right or wrong, and reflect on how we actually helped create the future we wanted.

A limited number of booklets were printed for the event, detailing all 22 concepts.

“It’s impossible to anticipate the future, but it is possible to anticipate the lasting quality in what you do today.”
